Multi-energy X-ray inspection for hand luggage, parcels, mail and freight at airport, customs, courthouse and facility entrances. Nine tunnel sizes, from countertop units to pallet-size freight scanners.
The TS series covers the full range of X-ray baggage inspection, from a 500 × 300 mm countertop unit for handbags and small parcels up to a 1850 × 1550 mm gantry scanner for palletised freight. All models share the same multi-energy imaging engine, so operators moving between sites need to learn only one interface.
Images are displayed with material discrimination: organic materials in orange, inorganic in blue and mixed materials in green. Operators can magnify a region up to 128 times, switch between high and low energy imaging, and recall any of the last 500,000 stored images. Units run a 100% duty cycle with oil-cooled generators rated for continuous operation.
Every system is delivered with test reports and a technical file for procurement review, and can be supplied with OEM or ODM branding for integrators and distributors.

Single-view models produce one image per scan. Dual-view models (the D variants) use two generator and detector sets at different angles, producing two images in a single pass so operators can judge object depth. Dual-view costs more but reduces the need to re-scan an item.
Tunnel sizes in this series run from 500 × 300 mm to 1850 × 1550 mm. Size the tunnel from the largest object you expect plus clearance, and confirm the conveyor load rating against the weight of a typical loaded tray.
The TS-6550 reference configuration is guaranteed safe for ISO 1600 film. Tell us if you screen photographic film or magnetic media and we will confirm the applicable model limits.
No. The unit is freestanding and is normally placed with the monitor at the discharge end. A remote viewing position is possible if you prefer to separate the operator from the checkpoint.
