Model · Personnel screening
A transmission X-ray screening system for controlled entry points: a complete image in under seven seconds at no more than 0.25 µSv per inspection, detecting both metallic and non-metallic contraband that a metal detector cannot see. Deployed in correctional, customs and law-enforcement facilities for over ten years.

For the gap a metal detector cannot close.
The TS-F20090 is built for one specific gap in a screening procedure. A walk-through metal detector finds metal; it cannot find a ceramic blade, a plastic weapon, a wrapped package, a mobile phone or a SIM card concealed under clothing or internally. A single pass through this system produces a complete head-to-toe image in under seven seconds at a dose of no more than 0.25 µSv per inspection, measured at tunnel centre.
The physical format matters as much as the detection. It is an open tunnel rather than an enclosed cabinet, so people keep moving through the checkpoint instead of queueing for a booth, and it is designed to sit in line with the existing entry flow. Generator voltage is 60–140 kV from a hermetically sealed oil bath with closed-circuit oil cooling, supporting a 100% duty cycle with real-time radiation monitoring built in.
The system has been independently tested against ANSI/HPS N43.17-2009, the American National Standard for radiation safety of personnel security screening systems, and the unit ships with the test documentation needed for procurement review and regulatory submission. It is supplied for institutional and law-enforcement screening only.

A metal detector detects metal. This system produces an image of both metallic and non-metallic items in a single pass, which is what allows it to find ceramics, plastics, powders, electronics and internally concealed contraband. In practice the two work together: the metal detector handles general flow and this system sits at the entry point where the risk requires imaging.
No more than 0.25 µSv per inspection, measured at tunnel centre, with a 100% duty cycle and real-time radiation monitoring built in. The system is independently tested against ANSI/HPS N43.17-2009 and ships with its test documentation so your regulator's questions are answered from the technical file.
A complete head-to-toe image is produced in under seven seconds, with an open tunnel format that allows continuous flow rather than booth queueing. Start-up from cold takes under two minutes. Practical throughput is set by your secondary-check procedure; send us your peak volume and staffing model and we will tell you whether one unit is enough.
A black-and-white post-scan still full-body image on a high-resolution colour TFT monitor, with zoom and multiple enhancement and filter functions and 65,536 grey-level storage. Procedures for who reviews images and how they are retained are set by the facility and by applicable law.
The system weighs 880 kg, measures approximately 2760 × 2530 × 1960 mm, needs a 230 V or 120 V supply at under 0.9 kVA and an operating temperature between 0 °C and 40 °C. Send a floor plan and we will mark the footprint, the approach and the operator position.
