Security screening · Personnel
Multi-zone metal detection gates for personnel screening at facility entrances, event venues and industrial sites. Six to thirty-three detection zones, networked management and pass/fail traffic lights.

The TS-WD series uses pulsed-wave metal detection with digital phase shifting to locate metallic objects by zone rather than simply alarming. Panels light up at the height where the object is carried, so an officer knows where to search before the person has stopped walking.
Zones are adjustable individually. Each of up to thirty-three zones can be tuned across 2000 sensitivity levels, and dedicated foot-zone sensitivity handles the most common false-alarm source in practice: footwear and metal floor structures. Working frequency is selected automatically, which matters when several gates operate side by side.
Higher-tier models add IoT connectivity. Gates report online status, alarm counts and alarm rates to a cloud server or local area network, email summaries to security managers, and accept remote parameter changes across an entire installation in one action.

Zone count is the main differentiator. More zones mean finer location information and better immunity to false alarms in difficult environments.
| Model | Zones | Positioning |
|---|---|---|
| TS-WD18S | 18 zones | Standard-throughput entrances, offices, venues |
| TS-WD24S | 24 zones | Airport and transit staff entrances |
| TS-WD600 | 6 / 12 / 18 zones | Cost-controlled single-gate deployments |
| TS-WD33plus | 6 / 11 / 18 / 33 zones | High-sensitivity sites, multi-unit networks |
| TS-WD33D+ | 33 zones, 8 continuous detection zones | IoT networked installations and factories |
| TS-WD500 | Single-sided gate | Where space allows only one panel |
| TS-P1 | Portable | Temporary checkpoints, events, field deployment |
Reference configuration: TS-WD33plus. Electrical values are common across the series; zone count and panel size differ by model.

Controlled entry screening with recorded alarm statistics.
Staff and crew entrance screening at high traffic volume.
Temporary or permanent gates for crowd management.
Prevention of unauthorised metal items in restricted production areas.
Fewer zones suit low-traffic entrances where an alarm simply means a secondary check. More zones help where officers must locate the object quickly, where false alarms are frequent, or where several gates operate in parallel and interference is a problem.
Reinforced footwear, belts and steel-toe boots are the usual causes. Foot-zone sensitivity adjustment and the preset security levels handle most of it. Send us the footwear and uniform specification and we will advise on settings.
Yes on the networked models. Gates connect over wired Ethernet or a one-to-many wireless bridge to a cloud server or local area network for real-time status, aggregated alarm data and remote parameter changes.
A flat, vibration-free floor, a power outlet within reach, and clearance from fixed metal structures. The gateway itself assembles on site and does not need civil works.
The portable TS-P1 model is intended for temporary checkpoints and events. Tell us the deployment duration and site conditions and we will confirm whether a portable or fixed unit fits better.
Tell us the country of installation and the intended use, and we will send the full technical catalogue and pricing.
